Theatre
The Musical Theatre, Acting and Technical Theatre Programs are fundamentally craft-based, offering courses in singing, acting, music and dancing. The learning environment encourages students to develop their artistic expression and technical ability. Students will be introduced to Broadway and regional guest artists and other visiting professionals through professional productions. The program covers different aspects of theater production. High school students have an opportunity to attend the for-credit Summer Musical Theatre Conservatory which affords them the opportunity to receive college credit for their participation in a theatrical performance.

Since its beginning in 1983, Performance Riverside has produced musical productions,
allowing students to work alongside industry professionals. Performance Riverside
features professional artists and up-and-coming talent in the areas of art, dance,
music, and theatre performance.
